About the books

From bedtime to page…

The Knight Mouse book series was originally a long-running bedtime story told to my twin girls. Each night I would create the world, characters, and adventures of The Knight Mouse.

Younger children will love having the stories read to them, while older kids will stretch their reading muscles with this colorful cast of characters.

In the first book, we meet The Knight Mouse, and join him as he defends his town, and The Valley, from a tyrant bear trying to take over the forest. Along the way he makes friends and reunites the long divided forest animals.

The second book expands the world of the Knight Mouse across the sea, to find and unite the scattered mice tribes, and maybe make a new friend or two along the way.

The third book answers the question…how did the Knight Mouse become the defender of Corin’s Nook?

There are many more adventures to be had. Join the mailing list for alerts, or check back as more books are released.

Meet the author

Ben Gorski

I’ve always seem to come back around to writing. My childhood was defined by basketball and video games; however I wrote short stories as well. Constantly up in my room pecking away at an old typewriter, I fell in love with getting my thoughts out on the page.

My 20’s were defined by the web. I made a career out of building websites. As a side project I started writing posts about what was going on in my life. I posted once a day for over a decade.

And here in my mid-life, I have once again circled back around to writing. This time taking it to a whole new level of actually publishing my work. It has been a wild ride to get here, but I wouldn’t change a thing.

Father

…to twin girls who still love hearing of the Knight Mouse’s escapades.

Husband

…to a loving and supportive wife. Without her encouragement, these books would not exist.

Writer

…of books, blog posts, corporate communications, and websites.

Creator

…of worlds. The Knight Mouse is only one of the many stories, games, or campaigns I have created.
